WARRANTY CLAIM
FOR PLC SUPPLIES LTD
PLC Supplies Limited is committed to providing a efficient and worry free warranty service.
We can offer full warranty services for the full range of Simatic series of Siemens products. We would simply require proof of purchase (i.e. the purchasing Invoice) and the product serial number to confirm the goods are within warranty period.
The warranty process:
- Faulty component identified by user, who makes contact with PLC Supplies Limited.
- Serial number and Proof of purchase are used to prove validity of warranty claim.
- The warranty period is normally 12 months from date of purchase
- Replacement parts are immediately dispatched to client.
- Faulty component is returned to Siemens (Germany) for fault assessment
- If Siemens (Germany) identify user-fault then PLC Supplies Ltd will invoice user for the replacement part and handling fee.
- If Siemens (Germany) determine product or manufacturer fault, parts are covered by warranty
PLC Supplies Limited has access to large stock holdings, enabling replacement parts being made available in 3-5 days. Additionally we are constantly expanding our NZ stock base to better meet any future warranty problems or urgent client requests and provide overnight delivery solutions.
